Jeff Byrd has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development. This experience includes planning, developing, acquiring, managing and financing multiple property types. Jeff has developed over 1 million square feet of commercial retail properties throughout the Southeast with a focus in the Carolinas. Recently, Jeff has developed over 2,000 apartment units in the Carolinas and continues to focus on opportunities to develop this property type. Jeff's main role is to coordinate all aspects of the development, finance and management of all properties. Responsibilities include negotiation of site acquisition contracts and joint venture agreements, review anchor tenant leases, coordination of site plan approvals, zoning and permitting activities, the creation of proformas and project management schedules and the hiring and supervision of design and construction consultants. |
Bill Peebles
Bill Peebles has built a 17-year investment sales career brokering raw land, commercial buildings, and apartments. After entering the commercial real estate industry in 1998, he has specialized in land acquisition and disposition for regional home builders and developers in the Raleigh/Durham area, as well as other high growth areas of North Carolina. He also has extensive experience assisting retail developers in locating and entitling properties for grocery-anchored centers in the greater Raleigh/Durham/Cary MSA. For the past 8 years he has focused on the development of multi-family properties totaling over 1,200 units. Bill moved to the Charleston, SC area in the fall of 2013, and obtained his South Carolina real estate license to continue offering his real estate knowledge in the commercial area.

Wes Nau Wes Nau has nearly 25 years experience in construction and commercial real estate development. In the first 13 years of his career, Wes held project management positions for two national construction firms managing numerous high profile projects in the office, laboratory, civil, and mixed use sectors. These projects, located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, totaled over $500 million dollars. Primary responsibilities included project management, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, value engineering and subcontractor management. In 2006, Wes transitioned to commercial real estate development being responsible for the planning, permitting, design, construction, and delivery of commercial retail and multi-family projects in the Carolinas. These projects total over 500,000 sf of retail space and 750 multi-family units. In addition, he has had active roles assisting in the acquisition, due diligence, finance, leasing, and sale of these projects along with lead roles in tenant coordination, property management, and asset management. Wes holds a degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech and resides in Raleigh, NC. |
